What you'll do

Own end-to-end reliability for Azure Storage hardware in lab environments.
Partner with cross-functional teams to enable and validate DPU hardware for storage use cases.
Define and measure Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Indicators (SLIs) for DPU-accelerated storage scenarios.
Lead incident response and root cause analysis for hardware-related issues in live sites.
Build automation for provisioning, validation, and recovery of DPU-enabled Azure Storage systems.
Develop reliability validation strategies including stress testing and fault injection for DPU hardware.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline required.
Proven experience coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Experience with end-to-end reliability for hardware running in lab environments.
Ability to partner with silicon, firmware, BIOS, networking, and OS teams.
Strong background in defining and improving Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
Expertise in building automation for provisioning, configuration, validation.
