What you'll do

Design and implement AI systems using advanced techniques for Dynamics 365 Contact Center.
Fine-tune large language models on specific data sets to enhance customer support capabilities.
Own features from conception through live-site deployment, ensuring robust system operations.
Critique and adapt the latest research in AI to identify gaps and design innovative methods.
Turn theoretical ideas into practical, maintainable code modules that integrate with CI/CD systems.

What we're looking for

Proficiency in Python and at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow).
Experience designing and implementing AI systems using foundation models and prompt engineering.
Ability to fine-tune large language models on domain-specific data and evaluate through A/B testing.
Strong background in applied ML or AI research with 3+ years of product engineering experience.
Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field, preferably with expertise in generative AI and LLMs.
Experience owning features end-to-end from design to live-site operations.
