What you'll do

Empower a culture of safety, security, and compliance in data center operations.
Manage ongoing IT and critical environment support to meet SLA commitments.
Plan and deliver physical infrastructure for anticipated growth within the metro.
Lead incident management calls with customers and senior leadership during major incidents.
Ensure financial management by developing detailed budgets and forecasts.
Oversee vendor/partner contracts and relationships, including leased-facility landlords.

What we're looking for

15+ years of enterprise-level experience managing large-scale and complex projects/programs.
Extensive background in critical environment infrastructures (UPS, Generator, AHU).
Deep expertise in physical IT infrastructures including servers, SANs, networking, and DC rack/enclosures.
Proven ability to manage budgets over $5 million.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Network Certifications, PMP, CDCMP.
Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing employees.
Financial management expertise for detailed budgeting and forecasting.
