What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in engineering or related roles in AI, ML, cloud, or enterprise software.
Deep understanding of LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, and modern AI infrastructure.
Experience deploying complex scalable and responsible AI solutions for enterprises.
Familiarity with Azure cloud platforms, API security deployment best practices, and data architectures.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in ambiguous environments.
Ability to scope work, sequence delivery, and remove blockers effectively.
