What you'll do

Responds to incidents during on-call rotations, troubleshooting issues and deploying fixes.
Designs and maintains telemetry pipelines for monitoring product components at scale.
Independently troubleshoots problems affecting availability, security, reliability, performance, and efficiency.
Creates, tests, and deploys changes through a safe deployment process to enhance code quality.
Shares insights and best practices via documented artifacts during code/design reviews and meetings.
Engages with product engineering teams throughout development cycles to suggest improvements.

What we're looking for

Master's in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years of coding experience, or Bachelor's with 5+ years.
Proficient in at least one language: C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python.
Minimum 2 years of technical experience working with large-scale cloud or distributed systems.
Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to upgrade to TS/SCI (with polygraph).
Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues affecting system availability and security.
Experience in designing and maintaining telemetry pipelines and monitoring tools for operational metrics.
