What you'll do

Design and build reliability tooling and services for Microsoft Teams using data and AI.
Own end-to-end reliability metrics including definition, instrumentation, monitoring, and alerting.
Serve as DRI for live-site reliability, participating in on-call rotations and incident reviews.
Influence feature teams to incorporate design-for-reliability principles before release.
Analyze telemetry and customer feedback to identify reliability gaps and trends proactively.

What we're looking for

4+ years experience building and operating full-stack production-grade software systems at scale.
2+ years working with large-scale telemetry systems using SQL-based query languages.
Hands-on experience with modern AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
Proven ability to solve complex technical problems through cross-team collaboration.
Experience improving reliability, availability, and performance in customer-facing systems.
Knowledge of Azure infrastructure and multi-cloud environments.
