The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in critical environment infrastructures or physical IT infrastructure management, along with relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, PMP, or ITIL. Experience with Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), Branch Circuit Monitoring (BCM), and Building Automation Systems (BAS) is also preferred.

What you'll do

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in datacenters.
  • Manage planned preventative and corrective work orders for technicians daily.
  • Ensure compliance with infrastructure operations standardization and peak efficiency of equipment.
  • Act as escalation point for facilities-related issues, providing job training and design recommendations.
  • Coordinate, plan, schedule, and supervise CE audits and compliance verifications.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
  • High School Qualification or equivalent AND relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Critical Environment infrastructures (e.g., UPS, Generator).
  • Technical College degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, etc.
  • Applicable certifications: CompTIA, Microsoft, Network Certifications, PMP.
  • 6 months+ of experience with building cooling and electrical systems.
  • 3+ years of project management experience or relevant certification.
