What we're looking for

3+ years of mission-critical service management experience or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 8+ years critical environment infrastructure experience or high school diploma with 10+ years experience
1+ year people management experience required
Experience working on large scale Critical Environment projects
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL v3 Foundation, PMP, CDCP
