Microsoft 365 Engineer

What you'll do

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
• Manage enterprise messaging infrastructure, mail flow, transport rules, and email security solutions like Proofpoint.
• Implement and manage email authentication technologies such as DMARC, SPF, and DKIM to enhance domain protection.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts to streamline operational processes and improve service reliability.
• Monitor system performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues affecting Microsoft 365 services.
• Administer identity and access management solutions including Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and Privileged Identity Management.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Expertise in Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Azure AD administration.
• Experience implementing Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and identity security controls.
• Hands-on with email security platforms like Proofpoint and Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and operational efficiency.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving abilities in complex environments.
• Collaborative work style and ability to support critical enterprise collaboration services.
