Microsoft 365 Collaboration Services System Administrator

What you'll do

• Provide Level 3–4 system administration for Microsoft Exchange Online and on-premises Exchange Server SE infrastructure.
• Administer SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and manage external sharing policies and Information Steward responsibilities.
• Manage security hardening, patching, and update management across M365 tenant and servers.
• Support Microsoft Purview compliance functions including eDiscovery, DLP, retention labels, and audit log management.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for administrative tasks, reporting, health monitoring, and governance signals.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 2 years administering Microsoft 365 services with hands-on expertise in Exchange Online/Server, SharePoint Online, or Teams.
• Demonstrated proficiency in PowerShell scripting for M365 administration across multiple platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID identity management and RBAC.
• Strong understanding of M365 security practices including compliance tools like eDiscovery and DLP.
• Expert-level troubleshooting skills for complex issues in Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and hybrid configurations.
• Experience supporting strategic enterprise projects such as migrations and infrastructure upgrades.
