  • Expertise in handling delicate hardware, including wire bonding and visual/electrical inspections of sensor chip assemblies.
  • Prior experience with microelectronics packaging techniques such as wirebonders and custom imprints.
  • Strong background in electrical cabling assemblies, soldering, crimping, and debugging tasks.
