In this role, you will contribute to the development and optimization of AI models by improving CI/CD systems for large-scale ML training, building tools to streamline workflows, and maintaining multi-cloud infrastructure for scalability and reliability. You’ll also deploy model hosting systems for inference and data generation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices in performance and testability. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python, and a passion for advancing the development ecosystem of AI models that benefit society through scientific and educational advancements.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 12+ years of relevant experience.
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field and 8+ years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for large-scale ML workloads.
Expertise in building developer tools to simplify training and evaluation workflows.
Strong background in improving and maintaining core infrastructure across multi-cloud environments.
Ability to deploy and manage model hosting systems for inference and data generation.
