What you'll do

  • Conducts stack up tolerance analyses to ensure designs meet six sigma quality for high volume mass production.
  • Collaborates with manufacturing partners to support assembly and fabrication of products using knowledge of various manufacturing processes.
  • Leads small-scale mechanical engineering projects, managing risks and resources effectively.
  • Assists in test plans and failure analysis for developed design elements and materials.
  • Engages early with engineering teams to influence component selection and process efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in mechanical manufacturing.
  • BS degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Experience with Pro-E/Creo software.
  • Expertise in L6 Liquid cooling systems.
  • Knowledge of liquid cooling cold plate manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to lead small-scale mechanical engineering projects.
  • Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
