What you'll do

  • Provide guidance on DSR command media to various engineering communities.
  • Troubleshoot Creo/EPDM issues for design, checking, and configuration management teams.
  • Develop processes for updating legacy data sets to current standards.
  • Train staff informally on Creo and EPDM usage and best practices.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for CAD-related issues with Central Engineering Applications.
  • Coordinate with the FBM Chief Drafter to create drawing formats and templates.
  • Consult on LM Space standards implementation with the FBM Chief Drafter.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent experience with complex missile systems.
  • Proven experience in advanced CAD modeling using PTC Creo or similar tools.
  • Experience with Model Based Engineering and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging large teams and leadership.
  • Current Secret security clearance, ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
  • Demonstrated customer orientation and understanding of U.S. Navy Strategic Systems Program Office needs.
  • Experience in a development and test environment for missile systems.
