What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent
3+ years of experience in mechanical design focusing on complex electromechanical systems
Strong expertise in mechanism design, material selection, tolerance analysis (GD&T), and DFMEA
Hands-on failure analysis skills to identify root causes and drive improvements
Experience collaborating with vendors or contract manufacturers in product development
