What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience applying statistical methods and using SQL for data analysis.
  • 3+ years of experience using R and Python for analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and translating results into business recommendations.
  • Experience supporting finance workstreams including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI evaluations.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present analytical insights across levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve unstructured problems independently while maintaining stakeholder alignment.
