What you'll do

  • Own and deliver multiple concurrent projects in measurement methodology and large-scale experimentation.
  • Design and build solutions to quantify marketing impact across various channels at enterprise scale.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders including VP-level executives.
  • Set technical direction for the workstream and mentor junior data scientists.
  • Tackle open research problems related to media mix modeling, incrementality testing, and cross-channel measurement.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of data science experience with at least 2 in marketing measurement or causal inference.
  • Track record of analytical work that influenced business decisions significantly.
  • Proficiency in Python, advanced SQL, and distributed computing platforms like PySpark and Databricks.
  • Strong skills in causal inference, experiment design, time-series modeling, and Bayesian methods.
  • Hands-on experience with MMM, incrementality testing, multi-touch attribution, or geo-experimentation.
  • Ability to explain complex models to non-technical executives succinctly.
  • Experience leading workstreams, mentoring peers, and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
