What you'll do

Plan and lead medium to large-sized capital projects integrating outside technical resources.
Provide solutions for complex manufacturing problems using engineering principles.
Lead inter-organization teams on product improvement and line extension initiatives.
Drive the use of engineering practices to cause significant shifts in manufacturing processes.
Champion Clorox standards and practices, leading community of practice strategic planning.
Define and document sprint deliverables, coordinate SME involvement, and review completed work.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in engineering and manufacturing operations management.
5+ years of leadership in managing increasingly complex capital projects and budgets.
Hands-on experience with SAP modules such as S/4HANA and ECC.
Proven ability to lead and develop technical capability programs within the organization.
Degree in civil, mechanical, or industrial engineering required.
PMP certification preferred but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills for leading inter-organizational teams.
