Manufacturing Specialist Space Systems

What you'll do

• Assemble flight and non-flight hardware to stringent quality standards.
• Construct test racks and electrical ground support equipment for integration.
• Support build, integration, and test campaigns at various levels.
• Develop processes for electrical tests and mechanical assembly procedures.
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues to ensure continuous improvement.
• Interpret schematics and provide feedback to engineering teams for design enhancements.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify component specifications.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years experience in aerospace, aviation, military, or high-reliability industries.
• Expertise in mechanical and electrical assembly, precision measuring, and soldering.
• Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and in cleanroom environments.
• Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Hold or acquire certifications such as IPC-A-620, IPC-A-610, NASA 8739-4, J-STD-001, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with machinery and various power and hand tools for high-precision tasks.
