Manufacturing Operations Manager, Intelligent Systems

What you'll do

• Manage technician staff to produce and deliver various hardware through factory acceptance.
• Set priorities and direct daily operations, issuing work orders to the production floor.
• Ensure operators follow safety procedures and document EHS incidents for proactive correction.
• Generate daily pass downs and weekly production reports for engineering and operations teams.
• Provide high-level reports to Production Managers, Directors, and Head of Manufacturing as needed.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience in production-oriented or electro-mechanical technician fields, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage high volume mixed product production environments and new product introductions.
• Strong skills in process and equipment troubleshooting for dynamic production settings.
• Experience working with ERP and MES systems for transactional tasks.
• Passionate about employee development and training, both for new hires and existing staff.
• Secret security clearance required.
