Anduril's Manufacturing Engineering team is seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Engineer to support the continuous operations and enable world-class manufacturing of cutting-edge defense products. This role involves enhancing critical systems such as PLC/HMI logic, robotics, mechanical/electrical subsystems, and conveyance infrastructure to drive Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE). The engineer will develop SCADA systems for real-time production data monitoring, perform root cause analysis for equipment failures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineering, quality, and production. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments, expertise in PLC programming and troubleshooting, a strong understanding of robotics and motion control systems, and proven success in leading continuous improvement initiatives. Experience in the defense industry and proficiency in CAD software are preferred.
