What you'll do

  • Lead the development and execution of multi-year strategic engineering roadmaps.
  • Oversee and optimize 24/5 manufacturing operations for peripheral vascular products.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performance engineering team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements to maintain product reliability.
  • Utilize DMAIC, Six Sigma, and other tools to solve complex technical issues and improve efficiency.
  • Manage the department budget while meeting KPI goals for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of manufacturing engineering experience or advanced degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of people management experience.
  • Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives using DMAIC, Six Sigma, and other problem-solving methodologies.
  • Experience in developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps for engineering departments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale transformation projects with high visibility and critical business impact.
  • Strong track record of building relationships within a matrixed organizational structure, including cross-functional collaboration.
  • Understanding and compliance with FDA-regulated environments and quality system requirements.
