Director, Manufacturing Engineering (Core Tech)

What you'll do

• Develop and implement long-term manufacturing engineering strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee optimization of manufacturing methods, tooling, and processes for quality and efficiency.
• Lead initiatives in lean manufacturing to reduce waste and improve production attainment.
• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing for the manufacturing engineering department.
• Partner with R&D teams to ensure seamless transition of new products from design to production.
• Define KPIs and measure performance to align with operational and business objectives.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in unstructured environments.
• Experience managing New Product Introduction and scaling operations dynamically.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
