What you'll do
Plan and optimize workstation layouts for Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT) to meet throughput capacities.
Implement and continuously improve assembly, integration, and test processes for space hardware.
Specify and procure equipment and systems to meet program development requirements for spacecraft and dispensers.
Interface with facilities personnel on site usage and integration flow for payload processing.
Define and implement Work Order and automated documentation processes for AIT.
What we're looking for
Over 5 years of experience in Space Vehicle/Satellite Operations or related industry.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven ability to plan and optimize workstation layouts for Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT).
Experience implementing and continuously improving assembly, integration, and test processes.
Capability to specify and procure equipment for space hardware manufacturing.
Expertise in anomaly resolution and corrective action implementation.
Strong project management skills with a focus on efficiency improvements.
