Manufacturing Engineer

What you'll do

• Develops and implements manufacturing methods to improve factory metrics.
• Designs and executes qualification tests for new or modified production processes.
• Analyzes quality data using statistical tools to recommend process improvements.
• Coordinates with design engineering to ensure efficient manufacturability of products.
• Leads cross-functional teams in delivering industrialized production processes.
• Conducts time and efficiency studies to develop optimized manufacturing procedures.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering preferred
• Minimum two years of experience in a cleanroom or factory setting
• Proficiency with statistical analysis tools like Excel, JMP, Minitab
• Strong electrical, software, and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Familiarity with DOE techniques and LEAN Manufacturing concepts
• Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
