What you'll do

What we're looking for

At least 7 years of software engineering or platform engineering experience.
Minimum 3 years leading engineering teams in product-based environments.
Proven track record operating production systems with reliability and security.
Strong understanding of cloud-native practices, automation, and scalable design.
Experience building reusable services supporting multiple operational use cases.
Ability to balance technical depth, delivery execution, and people leadership.
