What you'll do

Lead a team of up to 15 technical professionals in designing and maintaining mission-critical cyber systems.
Drive technical execution using best practices in cybersecurity design, requirements development, and automation.
Manage career development, goal setting, performance reviews, and merit planning for direct reports.
Facilitate access to tools, hardware, and resources needed for employee success and team growth.
Collaborate with peers and leadership to ensure optimized resource allocation and mission alignment.
Support deployment pipelines using Atlassian suite and other CI/CD toolsets while managing CAM activities.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 9 years of engineering experience, or master’s degree and 7 years.
At least 3 years of experience leading technical projects or teams with schedule accountability.
Extensive RMF, technology protection, and scanning/remediation experience.
Final adjudicated Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret PAR.
Demonstrated experience with enterprise architectures including Windows Server, RHEL, virtualization, and storage technologies.
Hands-on experience with networking technologies from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, F5, and Ciena.
