What you'll do

Lead interdisciplinary team in designing, developing, and integrating X-Band AESA Payload.
Ensure technical performance, cost targets, and schedule commitments for all activities.
Conduct trade studies, risk analyses, and mitigation planning to protect program health.
Serve as primary liaison with senior leadership and external stakeholders on AESA status.
Coordinate with various IPT leads to ensure seamless integration and adherence to requirements.
Develop clear direction and mentorship for team members while providing performance feedback.

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience in payload or product development programs.
Proven leadership skills to organize and motivate diverse teams.
Experience with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and earned value management.
Ability to manage cost, schedule, and technical scope for complex projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance.
Strong problem-solving skills and multitasking abilities.
