  • Develop clear direction and mentorship for team members while providing performance feedback.

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in payload or product development programs.
  • Proven leadership skills to organize and motivate diverse teams.
  • Experience with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and earned value management.
  • Ability to manage cost, schedule, and technical scope for complex projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and multitasking abilities.
