Join Accenture’s Industry X team as a Manufacturing Systems (MES) Senior Manager and help transform digital engineering and manufacturing practices for world-class clients. You will assist clients in leveraging Siemens MES solutions to address manufacturing challenges, design and estimate MES implementation projects including key integrations with ERP, PLM, and other systems, and guide day-to-day project activities from design to go-live as a technical lead. Additionally, you will grow a team of MES engineers through recruiting, training, and supervision while managing relationships with Siemens and other partners involved in MES project delivery. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience with Siemens MES products and 5+ years in consulting or advisory roles involving manufacturing IT solutions. Bonus points for additional experience in discrete manufacturing, database configuration/development, technology sales, and software development lifecycle management.
