What we're looking for

5+ years of engineering experience with at least 2 years in technical leadership.
Experience managing large-scale platforms processing high transaction volumes and hands-on background in algorithmic systems.
Practical AI/ML experience, including exposure to LLMs and modern Google Cloud Platform services.
Knowledge of AML/KYC, sanctions screening, fraud detection systems, and regulatory requirements like OFAC, BSA/AML.
Proven ability to collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Product, and Analytics teams on technical solutions.
Solid foundation in data processing technologies and experience building data workflows for operational needs.
