What we're looking for
7+ years of software engineering experience and 2+ years in engineering management.
Proven leadership in infrastructure, platform engineering, or developer productivity roles.
Strong technical background in backend/infrastructure systems with Python or Kotlin proficiency.
Experience building and operating cloud-native systems like AWS and Kubernetes.
Hands-on expertise with containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools.
