What you'll do

  • Manage and mentor a team of software and data engineers to build and maintain mission-critical data products.
  • Set engineering roadmaps and delivery timelines for BI & Analytics projects, aligning with product initiatives.
  • Drive the integration of AI/ML solutions into backend pipelines and analytics products, ensuring robust SDLC practices.
  • Lead the implementation of custom dashboards and UIs using modern web frameworks to meet high usability standards.
  • Ensure consistent application of engineering principles across all team projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant software engineering or data engineering experience in digital media or advertising.
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Scala, and SQL.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS (S3, EMR, Glue) and data processing tools like Apache Spark, Flink, Airflow.
  • Strong skills in building and deploying dashboards using React, Angular, Vue frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage agile software development processes including CI/CD pipelines.
