What you'll do
Manage a team conducting operational assessments for public safety agencies.
Evaluate business processes to identify improvement opportunities and provide tailored recommendations.
Facilitate workshops to develop new business processes aligned with organizational objectives.
Develop training materials and guide customers through software implementation training sessions.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to ensure customer requirements are met.
Serve as a liaison between technical resources, engineers, and project managers for effective communication.
What we're looking for
At least 5 years of experience in public safety, business analysis, field service, CAD, record management systems, or jail applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of Software Application Specialists.
Proficient in project management, resource planning, and technical expertise for software deployment.
Experience in conducting operational assessments, business process reviews, and user acceptance testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise between customers and internal teams.
