What you'll do

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years or master’s with 6+ years of relevant defense industry experience.
Proven ability to lead project teams, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
Experience managing proposals, including RFP package development and cost estimates.
Strong coordination skills for proposal schedules and scope management.
Capability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
Leadership in cross-functional organizations such as Program Office, Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.
