What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
Must demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design to innovate product solutions based on customer needs.
Must be able to deliver business outcomes through execution excellence and strategic focus.
Must leverage technology to deliver resilient solutions within modern data ecosystems like cloud platforms and APIs.
Must identify and resolve complex problems related to data quality, governance, and pipeline efficiency.
Must lead and develop cross-functional teams and provide direct management and mentorship to other product managers.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
