  • Support audits, bank partner requests, and regulatory testing for the DoorDash merchant program.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in regulatory compliance within financial services, preferably fintech.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state regulations for financial products like BSA/AML, UDAAP, ECOA, Regulation B, and commercial finance laws.
  • Experience maintaining a fintech compliance program, managing bank partnerships, and third-party vendors.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments and synthesize complex information effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities for regulatory challenges.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for cross-functional collaboration.
