What we're looking for
- 5+ years experience in data, product management, analytics, or engineering roles, preferably in finance or fintech.
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong product mindset with experience owning and scaling data products.
- Experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
- Proficiency in SQL and data transformation frameworks such as dbt.
- Familiarity with data catalogs and governance tools (DataHub, Collibra).
- Understanding of finance processes including GL, P&L, forecasting, and reporting.
