  • Advocate for rapid problem resolution across internal teams and manage emergency response.
  • Implement rigorous change management processes through automation and controls.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or computer science and 5+ years of network operations experience
  • 3+ years leading multidisciplinary teams in technical projects or programs
  • Experience with Python, SQL, bash scripting for network automation
  • Deep understanding of service provider and enterprise network technologies
  • Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills for common enterprise network devices
  • Demonstrated ability to improve network operations tooling and procedures
