Manager Marketing Data Science

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of data scientists to develop and implement strategic business initiatives.
• Solve complex business problems using advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.
• Develop new analytical approaches and algorithms to address challenging business issues.
• Provide expert guidance on the application of data science methodologies to high-impact business problems.
• Establish best practices for machine learning model development, documentation, deployment, and scalability.
• Collaborate with diverse partners to deliver rapid, agile modeling approaches that drive bottom-line impact.

What we're looking for

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field plus 5 years of relevant experience or PhD plus 2 years.
• Extensive knowledge in advanced data science/analytics, statistical analysis, and machine learning methods.
• Experience with diverse machine learning frameworks and end-to-end analytical processes.
• Proven leadership in managing technical teams and multi-functional project teams.
• Strong human relations, organizational/time management, and software development skills.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Scala, R, SAS, SQL, C++, Java.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects under tight time constraints with tangible value.
