Manager, IT SOX PMO

What you'll do

• Serve as a subject matter expert for IT general controls (ITGCs) and IT application controls (ITACs).
• Assess SOX readiness for new or changing systems and business processes.
• Maintain and improve control documentation, including flowcharts, risk matrices, and control inventories.
• Facilitate IT control walkthroughs and coordinate the remediation of identified control deficiencies.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors throughout the annual SOX audit cycle.
• Review SOC reports and oversee the key report testing program.
• Identify opportunities for control automation and monitor emerging risks related to AI and regulatory changes.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in IT audit and SOX compliance including knowledge of ITGCs, ITACs, and COBIT or COSO frameworks.
• A current CISA, CPA, CIA, or CISSP certification.
• Experience working in the software as a service (SaaS) industry.
• Proficiency with governance, risk, and compliance tools (experience with AuditBoard is preferred).
• Strong professional judgment, critical thinking, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve compliance processes and solve complex problems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across US Pacific and Eastern time zones.
