  • Evaluate and prioritize capital investments based on risk, lifecycle requirements, and financial constraints.
  • Manage the recurring capital program by tracking status, identifying risks, and recommending adjustments.
  • Design and manage digital workflows for real-time visibility into capital program performance across regions.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in capital planning or program management
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting and investment justification
  • Experience managing multi-project portfolios with long-range planning
  • Working knowledge of building systems, infrastructure assets, and lifecycle planning
  • Proficiency in developing data-driven insights for executive audiences
  • Excellent cross-functional coordination skills across multiple teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
