Manager 3 - Command Systems Wing Ops and Physical Security Subsystems Lead

What you'll do

• Drive hardware engineering execution for Sentinel Command Systems Wing Ops and Physical Security Subsystems.
• Implement integrated hardware engineering processes across the CS Organization to ensure consistency.
• Manage development aspects including mission/weapon system engineering, subsystem/component design, and nuclear surety.
• Ensure on-time release of all hardware engineering with compliance and delivery focus.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering staff at all levels.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of progressive engineering experience or equivalent
• Experience managing people and leading hardware development programs
• 3+ years designing and developing complex hardware systems
• Active DoD Secret clearance within the last 5 years
• Proven ability to manage earned value metrics on hardware projects
• Strong leadership skills and adherence to company values
• Demonstrated success in achieving project goals through effective team management
