What you'll do

Define and drive the multi-year technical vision for mobile native experiences and UI runtime platforms.
Lead the architecture and delivery of shared mobile platform capabilities including UI frameworks and design systems.
Manage multiple engineering teams responsible for mobile platform development, ensuring successful execution of large-scale initiatives.
Champion exceptional user experiences through platform-level innovations to improve app performance and reliability.
Recruit and develop high-performing engineering managers and senior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.

What we're looking for

Over 12 years of software engineering experience, including significant mobile application development.
At least 5 years of management experience leading technical teams and managers.
Deep expertise in native mobile platforms (iOS and/or Android).
Strong understanding of mobile UI frameworks and architecture patterns.
Experience building and scaling platform engineering teams and shared technology platforms.
Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and modernization initiatives.
