Join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) support team as a Network Engineer where you will design, implement, and manage complex network infrastructures focusing on Palo Alto firewalls, Aruba switching and wireless solutions, Fortinet security appliances, and hybrid connectivity. Your daily tasks include configuring and troubleshooting these technologies across on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring secure and resilient networks through proactive monitoring with LogicMonitor. Ideal candidates have expert-level experience with Aruba networking solutions, strong skills in Palo Alto Networks firewalls, and proficiency with Fortinet security appliances, along with a solid understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals and network segmentation. This role requires collaboration with client IT teams and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions while maintaining robust documentation and adhering to industry best practices.
Design and deploy hybrid network solutions using Palo Alto, Aruba, and Fortinet technologies.
Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls (hardware and VM Series in Azure) for secure connectivity.
Configure and optimize ExpressRoute and MegaPort cloud interconnects for seamless hybrid environments.
Monitor network performance and security events with LogicMonitor to proactively address issues.
Implement wireless solutions, including site surveys and RF planning, focusing on Aruba technologies.
What we're looking for
Expert-level experience with Aruba networking solutions including switching, routing, SD-WAN, security, and management dashboards.
Strong hands-on experience deploying and managing Palo Alto Networks firewalls (including Panorama and VM Series in Azure).
Experience administering Fortinet security appliances, including FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals, routing protocols, VLANs, VPNs, and network segmentation.
Proficiency with network monitoring tools such as LogicMonitor or similar platforms for proactive infrastructure management.
5+ years of experience in a Network Engineer role within an MSP or enterprise environment.
Strong documentation, communication, and customer service skills.
