MACS Sr. Process Supervisor

What you'll do

• Supervise and participate in daily production activities to ensure compliance with Safety, GMP Quality, and Environmental requirements.
• Prioritize and assign daily activities for the operations staff to meet MACS objectives and customer requirements.
• Implement process improvement actions to comply with S&E and GMP standards.
• Ensure facility readiness for API processing and share accountability for the facility’s performance.
• Coordinate maintenance activities around processing schedules to support reliable facility operation.
• Contribute to equipment design, system commissioning/qualification during facility construction phases.
• Support other new or existing facilities across the Small Molecule Process Research & Development network as needed.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supervising operations teams and maintaining GMP compliance.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Safety & Environmental regulations.
• Ability to operate and maintain manufacturing, pilot scale, and lab equipment.
• Experience in process hazard analysis and quality system notifications.
• Knowledge of automation systems such as DeltaV and PLC.
• Adaptability to rotating shifts during facility startup and operation.
