The Machine Learning Scientist 4 - Content & Conversation Modeling joins the Content & Conversation Modeling team to develop, optimize, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions. This role involves owning the end-to-end model development lifecycle, including ideation, feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. You will innovate on predictive models to inform content strategy, valuation, scheduling, and performance while partnering with analytics and infrastructure teams. Develop and optimize scalable machine learning solutions to power content strategy and performance decisions.
Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle including ideation, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and deployment.
Innovate on predictive models to inform content valuation, scheduling, and acquisition strategies.
Monitor and continuously improve deployed models to ensure high-leverage performance.
Influence data and ML infrastructure development in partnership with data engineering and ML Ops teams.

What we're looking for
An advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Economics, Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on machine learning and predictive modeling.
Relevant experience in one or more machine learning roles.
Strong experience in Python and a ML/DL framework such as scikit-learn, Keras, PyTorch, TensorFlow, MetaFlow, or JAX.
Ability to translate ambiguous problem spaces into practical technical solutions with a track record of delivering business solutions leveraging Machine Learning.
Deep familiarity with the ML lifecycle and strong technical judgment for deploying models in production.
Exceptional communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to cross-functional partners with differing technical backgrounds.
An appreciation of the creative and entertainment industry (preferred).
