What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • PhD or MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on machine learning.
  • Comparable professional experience to the required degrees is acceptable.
  • Hands-on experience training LLMs and adapting pre-trained LLMs for downstream tasks and alignment.
  • Modeling experience at the intersection of NLP and Vision.
  • Proficiency in an ML toolkit such as PyTorch.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Proven track record of research contributions through top-tier conference publications or open-source algorithm contributions.
  • Experience with building/deploying Multimodal-LLMs and familiarity with distributed training and large-scale data infrastructure.
