What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of overall software development experience.
  • BS/MS/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Experience leading a team or collaborating cross-functionally to deliver machine learning features in production.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning for large-scale datasets or production applications.
  • Strong background in generative models, natural language processing (NLP), and large language models (LLMs).
  • Proficiency developing with modern machine learning packages such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Jax, or Huggingface.
  • Proficiency building and troubleshooting agentic systems including prompt tuning, RAG, and multi-agent systems.
  • Experience with healthcare data, products, and workflows.
