What we're looking for

  • PhD or Master's degree in CS, ML, AI or related field with 3+ years of experience.
  • Expertise in large language models (LLM) including pretraining and fine-tuning techniques.
  • Experience building agentic AI systems with multi-agent orchestration and autonomous reasoning pipelines.
  • Track record of shipping production-grade ML/AI systems at scale with MLOps best practices.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly within Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
