Adobe Firefly’s Generative AI Services team is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their cutting-edge GenAI Services area, where you will design and develop core generative models and APIs that integrate seamlessly into Adobe’s flagship products. You will collaborate closely with Adobe Research and other model developer teams to optimize GPU-accelerated pipelines for both training and inference, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. This role requires a strong background in machine learning, including experience with production-scale deployments and leading large-scale GenAI systems. Ideal candidates should have expertise in frameworks like PyTorch, CUDA, Triton, TensorRT, Nvidia Dynamo, and Python, along with knowledge of generative model architectures such as diffusion models, transformers, and GANs. Additionally, hands-on experience with Kubernetes, distributed systems, and MLOps platforms is preferred.

What you'll do
Design and develop core generative AI services and APIs for Adobe’s products.

What we're looking for
MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
4+ years of experience in machine learning with production-scale deployments.
2+ years of experience leading GPU-intensive GenAI systems development and optimization.
Proficiency in PyTorch, CUDA, Triton, TensorRT, Nvidia Dynamo, Python, and other relevant tools.
Expertise in generative model architectures like diffusion models, transformers, and GANs.
Strong communication and leadership skills with a track record of driving alignment in matrixed organizations.
